Dedicated to the memory of Mel
This site is a tribute to Mel Jones. Called home on 16th July 2018 aged 68 years. Beloved husband of Val and much loved Dad of Andrea and Lisa. Devoted grandfather to Jess, Joe, Sam, Molly and Matthew. Greatly admired brother of Ray. Mel will be hugely missed by all of his family and friends.
Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

Thoughts
I worked with Mel for many years in the Merthyr Tydfil and Cardiff planning offices and it was a privilege to do so. He was a great colleague and friend and all the lovely words said about Mel in todays service were so true. He was a very kind and genuinely nice man and will be greatly missed. People like Mel don't come into your life very often and I am very glad he came into mine.
